We will process returns and offer a full refund in the case where the product is defective only. Due to the fact that each product is specifically custom-made as per each order, we cannot accept returned items in the case where the product is not defective and/or is fit for purpose.
When seeking a refund, the product must be un-used and in the same condition in which you received it. You must enclose a note of your order number in order for us to be able to process your request.
When seeking to return an item, please contact us by email so we can instruct you which address to return the item to. Our contact email is email@example.com.
If your product is defective, you will have 30 days to return the product from the date of delivery. We cannot refund or accept returns on any product which is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our or our manufacturer’s control, and in the case of a defective product, on any product that is returned more than 30 days from the date of delivery.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card will be credited within 7-14 working days.
When seeking to return your product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the reason you wish to return the product and your order number.
We will then process the return and inform you of the return shipping address. You will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping item(s) over £50/€50 please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe receipt by us of the returned product.
