We will process returns and offer a full refund or exchange on all products. You will have 30 days to return the product from the date of delivery. 

It is incumbent on each customer to ensure they have purchased the correct size. A sizing chart is readily available on the website. Please consult this before purchase.

In the case where the product has been specifically produced to customer specifications e.g. personalisation of the shirt, we cannot offer a refund  

When seeking a refund, the product must be un-used and in the same condition in which you received it. You must enclose a note of your order number in order for us to be able to process your request.

When seeking to return an item, please contact us by email so we can instruct you which address to return the item to. Our contact email is contact@retrofootballstore.com.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card will be credited within 7-14 working days.

Shipping Returns

When seeking to return your product, please send an email to contact@retrofootballstore.com, stating the reason you wish to return the product and your order number.

We will then process the return and inform you of the return shipping address. You will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping item(s) over £50/€50 please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe receipt by us of the returned product.
